I’m testing out Universal Nutrition Animal Pak. I bought it online the other day and started taking it this morning. It’s different taking 11 pills vs. 1 pill but I know that it has the right vitamins for highly active people like myself. I’m looking to gain a little mass and stay lean I figured this multi vitamin is one of the main building blocks of doing that.

 Currently I am taking Centrum One-a-Day Multivitamins. I have been working out for a while now and have been lifting heavier recently, I’m looking gain more muscle. I’ve noticed that Universal Nutrition Animal Pak or Muscletech’s Vitakic seem to have more musclebuilding vitamins to keep up the demand of the bodybuilders, would these vitamins be more beneficial for me. Please respond with any recommendations.
