I’m testing out Universal Nutrition Animal Pak. I bought it online the other day and started taking it this morning. It’s different taking 11 pills vs. 1 pill but I know that it has the right vitamins for highly active people like myself. I’m looking to gain a little mass and stay lean I figured this multi vitamin is one of the main building blocks of doing that.

 Currently I am taking Centrum One-a-Day Multivitamins. I have been working out for a while now and have been lifting heavier recently, I’m looking gain more muscle.
